Rear Extension/ Loft Conversion in Walsingham Road, Hove

We were appointed to carry out building works in Hove, including roof alterations with a rear dormer, the construction of a single-storey rear extension, and associated improvements.

The project involved significant time and logistical challenges, particularly the installation of large RSJ steel beams to support the entire right side of the existing rear extension. We also coordinated all construction-related deliveries, contractors, and inspections throughout the process.

All works were completed on time and within budget, resulting in a beautiful open-plan living space.
